Xiao Wan's General Tso's Tofu
I use the same preparation as Xiao Wan's General Tso's chicken. Just replace the chicken with firm or soft tofu. Marinate and deep-fry the tofu the same way you would the chicken. This makes a great vegetarian dish. Serve over rice!
